Start your game and select your new empty save file Heres a completed Greece-themed world that I made in my game Step 2. Drag and drop the file located into your Saves folder. Package file into your Sims 4 “Mods” Folder. Navigate to your My Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4 > Saves. Other Newcrest Map mods that replaces the same instances mentioned above will conflict. This mod overrides 2 game image files (Instance 8974790C18026D99, Groups 00064DC4DCA) This map re-texture is based on Menaceman44 newcrest colored map. Back in August 2018 he had only released the base game replacements, but fast forward to 2019, and he has now released all 12 world maps for the game. This replacement offers the original Newcrest layout with added details that represent the world more from buildings surrounding the area to the small river going around lots! with more greenish & less yellowish grass and better road plans, that makes it feel like a brand new world. Filipe Marcel, one of many fan-made map creators in the community, has released brand new custom designs of the World Maps for The Sims 4. It’s undeniable that EA’s Newcrest map is the laziest & most bland designed world map in the Sims 4 game and didn’t represent the world enough for me and became messier after the color update, and thats why i used to barely use Newcrest… so after days of editing and testing the map in game i’ve finally finished the perfect map texture replacement! and wanted to share it.
